In July 2025, Congress passed the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OB3), which included sweeping changes to immigrant eligibility for health coverage through Medicaid (MassHealth), the ACA Marketplace (Health Connector), and Medicare. In this training, Health Care For All will cover these upcoming changes to immigrant eligibility for MassHealth and the Health Connector as a result of OB3.
