About Annaise
Annaise H. Foureau is the Chief of Staff at Health Care For All (HCFA), where she leads high-level organizational strategy, supports fiscal integrity, and manages cross-departmental operations and partnerships to drive impact and efficiency. Prior to HCFA, Annaise served as Director of Program Operations at CIC Health/Medix, where she oversaw Massachusetts’ statewide school-based COVID-19 testing program — leading a team of over 400 staff and managing the program’s multi-million-dollar budget. She also served as Director of Scheduling and Special Projects for the Massachusetts Office of Attorney General Maura Healey, where she provided strategic organizational support and high-level coordination for the Attorney General’s engagements.
Annaise has also held key leadership roles at The Dimock Center, Harvard Medical School’s Center for Primary Care, and across several Massachusetts state agencies. Her work consistently reflects a deep commitment to public service, operational excellence, and inclusive leadership.
Annaise holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, both from Northeastern University, where she was honored with the Barry Bluestone “Think and Do” Award. She is fluent in English, Haitian Creole, French and Spanish, and previously served as a Commissioner At-Large on the City of Boston Zoning Commission.
