About Ruth Ellen
Ruth Ellen is filling a slot on HCFA’s board designated for a Health Law Advocates board member. As the HLA board representative, she is currently slated to sit on the board through Fall 2022. She is a retired lawyer, having served in multiple leadership positions across her career. This includes as a partner at Palmer & Dodge LLP in Boston and then as President and CEO of The Dimock Center, a hospital that is recognized nationally as a model for the delivery of comprehensive health and human services in an urban community.
