About Lori

Lori Berry has worked in leadership positions in community health settings serving low-income people for more than 40 years, most recently serving as the CEO of the Lynn Community Health Center for 21 years. Under her leadership, the health center experienced significant growth, providing affordable, accessible and comprehensive health care for over 40% of Lynn residents. The Lynn Community Health Center was the acknowledged leader in Massachusetts in developing fully integrated and accessible primary care and behavioral health services and in significantly improving access to care for people with Opiate addiction. Lori is very proud of her role in the formation of a new community health center operated Accountable Care Organization – the Community Care Cooperative (known as C3).

Since retiring in October 2017, she continues her advocacy for access to affordable and equitable health care for the most vulnerable residents of the commonwealth and is very pleased to be able to serve on the Board of Health Care for All.
