About Alex
Alex is Co-Director of Policy and Government Affairs at Health Care For All (HCFA). His work focuses on low-income seniors, delivery system reform, integration of social determinants of health, oral health integration and prescription drugs. Prior to joining HCFA, Alex was the Senior Program Manager for Medicaid Strategies at Partners HealthCare where he led the creation and operation of their Medicaid Accountable Care Organization. He also served as the Senior Health Policy Advisor to U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow where oversaw her health care portfolio and focused on legislation such as the Affordable Care Act and the Excellence in Mental Health Act. He holds a B.A. from Vassar College, and an M.P.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
