About Grace
Grace is a Policy Manager at HCFA. Her work focuses on expanding access to oral health care for residents across the Commonwealth. In this role, she provides legislative tracking, coalition building, research, and writing to support HCFA’s efforts. Previously, Grace worked for the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation where she advocated to increase state funding for civil legal aid. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College and a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College where she focused on community organizing and public policy.
