About Gabriela
I’m Gabriela Palomo, I have a degree in Social Communication and a background in both marketing and as an English Teacher. I’m originally from Brazil and moved to the U.S. two years ago. Over the years, I’ve led projects focused on user education—making complex or niche topics and processes easier to understand and more accessible to everyone. I believe good communication can empower individuals and strengthen communities—especially when it comes to something as essential as health care. I’m glad I get to utilize my communication skills as a member of the HCFA HelpLine’s Portuguese-speaking team!
