About Ashley

Ashley is a Senior Director of Policy and Government Relations at HCFA. Ashley’s work focuses on policy and advocacy related to private insurance, health care affordability and prescription drug reform. Prior to HCFA, Ashley worked as a Policy Manager at Community Catalyst where she provided management to internal policy teams and staff as well as technical assistance to state and local advocacy organizations across the country working on private insurance and affordability campaigns. She also previously worked at the Ohio Legislative Service Commission where she served as the primary Staff Attorney for the Insurance Committee of the Ohio House of Representatives during the early implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication from The Ohio State University, and a law degree from Capital University Law School.
