About Samantha
Samantha’s work focuses on advancing oral health equity through health policy and advocacy. Oral health is essential to overall health and well-being, and our health system must reflect this reality. Samantha is a board-certified dental public health specialist with clinical experience in community health centers and private practice. She is a part-time lecturer in the Department of Oral Health Policy and Epidemiology at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and practices as a general dentist at the Alliance Dental Center in Quincy, MA (the incubator for value-based oral health care for the Massachusetts Public Employees Fund). Prior to HCFA, Samantha led the integrated oral health program at Lowell Community Health Center. She earned her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, a masters from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a Certificate in Dental Public Health from Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
